I had a great day at school because i learned something really cool in science. I found out that weight is how much gravity is pulling on a object not how heavy something is. Newtons is how heavy something is. Scales use weight and if it says you are 5 stone you are not 5 stone. If you us newtons it would say 0.5N and that is how heavy you are.

Hi Thomas - glad to read you enjoyed your Science lesson and learned about Newton's law of gravity - maybe you can explain it to me sometime!
